I took my bike here earlier today to get a pink slip done (they told me that they did bike pink slips) the guy who did mine pulled me up on everything he could including a decibel rating on my exhaust (it didn't have it stamped on there). He didn't however check other standard safety check items, such as checking whether the twist grip returned. When I got home I checked the stock exhaust and it didn't have the information on there either! I ended up taking my bike somewhere else, where they passed it with no complaints.apparently you haven't needed a decibel rating on your exhaust for a few years now! It was a waste of my time and money going to Grahame Horner.

He was incompetent and irresponsible: ruined the locking nut on my wheel so it could not be removed and when I asked him to fix it he got nasty, a bully.
